Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE POWER STEERING FAILED WITHOUT WARNING WHILE TRYING TO COAST INTO A PARKING LOT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME DIFFICULT TO TURN. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO CROWN CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM GREENSBORO (3710 W WENDOVER AVE, GREENSBORO, NC 27407) BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL. NO ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 29,739.*DT CONSUMER STATED VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED.*JB*LN*JB
