Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 NISSAN ROGUE. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE HER GRANDDAUGHTER WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 72 MPH, THE VEHICLE SHUT-OFF WITHOUT WARNING. AFTER RESTARTING THE VEHICLE, THE VEHICLE TEMPORARILY OPERATED AS DESIGNED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE VEHICLE INADVERTENTLY SHUT-OFF FIVE TIMES WITH IN 90 MINUTES OF DRIVING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO CROWN NISSAN LOCATED AT 165 W, PERSHING RD, DECATUR, IL 62526, HOWEVER, THE MECHANIC WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE, BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 8,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
