I BOUGHT A 2016 FORD FOCUS IN OCTOBER OF 2017 IT JUST STOPPED RUNNING ABOUT A MONTH AGO I TOOK IT TO A MECHANIC AND HE SAID THE TRANSMISSION WAS "DONE" I AM SEVERLY CONFUSED I HAVE KEPT UP ON ALL OIL CHANGES FOR 3 YEARS I STARTED EXPERIENCING SOME ENGINE MISSES I HAVE DONE THE RESEARCH AND I KNOW THAT THE TRANSMISSION ON THIS MAKE AND MODEL HAS BEEN DEFECTIVE I STILL OWE ON THIS CAR , II CANT GET ANYONE FROM FORD TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME TO FIX THIS ISSUE THE CAR IS ONLY 3 YEARS OLD WITH 90,000 MILES I BOUGHT THE CAR WITH 60,000 MILES I AM SEEKING HELP TO FIX A MANUFACTURER PROBLEM
