I WAS DRIVING 35MH WHEN PASSENGER SIDE HEADREST DEPLOYED FORWARD FOR NO REASON. NOW I AM VERY WORRIED THE DRIVER'S SIDE COULD DEPLOY FORWARD WHILE DRIVING AND RESULTING IN AN ACCIDENT.
