Consumer Description

I WAS PULLING IN HEAD FIRST TO A PARKING SPOT IN A SHOPPING CENTER AND WAS COASTING INTO THE SPOT. THE CAR SUDDENLY JOLTED FORWARD AT A VERY HIGH SPEED. OUR CAR JUMPED OVER THE CURB, TRAVELED UP A 4 TO 5 FOOT HIGH, SLOPED EMBANKMENT, AND STRUCK A PARKED CAR IN THE UPPER PARKING TIER.
