Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING, THE VEHICLE WENT OVER FIVE POTHOLES CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE FRONT SUSPENSION, THE CONTROL ARM AND TIE ROD. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO GET AN ALIGNMENT AND THE INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TECHNICIAN INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE FRONT SUSPENSION, CONTROL ARM AND TIE ROD NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE VEHICLE NOW EXPERIENCING A RATTLING NOISE WHILE DRIVING SINCE HE HIT THE POTHOLES. THE DEALER NOR MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 180,000.
