TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE UPPER AND LOWER CONTROL ARMS WERE COMPLETELY WORN OUT. THE CONTACT DID NOT BELIEVE THAT THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. THE VIN AND FAILURE MILEAGE WERE UNKNOWN.
