Consumer Description

I FEEL VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE RIDE OF MY 2013 CADILLAC. I HAVE THE AIR PRESSURE CHECKED WHICH I AM SHOWING CHANGES DOWN TO 31 29 ETC. IT FEELS LIKE YOU ARE HITTING A SPEED TRAP THAT HAS BEEN DUG OUT .. NOT SURE WHY WHEN GOING ON CITY ROAD IN LAYTON FEELS LIKE IT GOING 30 50 40 MILES AND ON THE FREEWAY IF THERE IS ANY INDENTATIONS IT MAKES ME CRINGE WHEN I SEE A BUMP IN THE ROAD THAT I CANNOT GET OVER. HOW IT RIDES OVER IT? ARE OTHER VEHICLES DO NOT DO IT? SO THERE MUST BE A PROBLEM HAVE NOTICED IT FOR ABOUT 4 MONTHS BUT WE USE ARE OTHER CARS AS WELL SO NOT USING IT ALL THE TIME? I CANNOT AFFORD TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM PLEASE HELP
