THE DOOR WAS NOT OPEINING PROPERLY SO I WHENT TO OPEN MANUALLY ANTHE HEAVY DOOR CAME OFF THE VAN SCRACHED THE HELL OUT OF MY VAN AND HURT ME TRYING TO HOLD IT AS NOT TO SCRACH THE VAN I WAS ALONE AND THERE WAS NO ONE TO HELP ME THIS IS VERY DANGERIOUS AND IVE READ IT HAPPENS OFTEN I CAN NO LONGER USE THE DOOR AS IT KEEPS HAPPINING
