TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHRYSLER 200. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HIS WIFE PARKED THE VEHICLE WHILE PLAYING TENNIS, UPON RETURN, THE DRIVER SIDE HEADREST HAD DEPLOYED. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO SCHUMACHER CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF DELRAY (2102 S. FEDERAL HWY A, DELRAY BEACH, FL 33483) WHERE HE WAS INFORMED THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT YET AVAILABLE TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT MADE AN APPOINTMENT AT THE SAME DEALER AND HAD THE VEHICLE REPAIRED FOR THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 39,220.*BF *TR
