Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE GEAR SHIFTER FAILED. THE CONTACT DROVE THE VEHICLE HOME AND SHIFTED THE GEAR SHIFTER INTO PARK. THE CONTACT HAD TO LEAVE HOME FOR A SECOND TIME AND SHIFTED THE GEAR INTO DRIVE AND THE TRANSMISSION FAILED TO ENGAGE INTO DRIVE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER TO HAVE A DIAGNOSTIC TEST PERFORMED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 178,000. *LN CONSUMER STATED VEHICLE IS IN THE REPAIR SHOP.*JB
