WHILE TRAVELING VEHICLE IN MOTION ELECTRIC TAILGATE SPONTANEOUSLY RELEASED DAMAGING THE TAILGATE AND TOW VEHICLE ON 8/8/2020, 8/20/2020 AND 9/3/2020. TAILGATE RELEASED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WHILE TOWING ON CITY STREETS AND HIGHWAY.
