TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 JEEP CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT LOW SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE SHUT OFF WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT NOTICED THE OIL LEVEL WAS LOW. THE CONTACT CALLED LANDERS CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (315 GOODMAN RD E, SOUTHAVEN, MS 38671 (662) 349-3006) AND WAS INFORMED THERE WERE NO RECALLS ASSOCIATED WITH VIN. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 36,000. INVALID VIN.
