Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 FORD EXPEDITION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO FOR MAINTENANCE HOWEVER, IT WAS DIFFICULT TO REMOVE THE LUG NUTS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LUG NUTS WERE SWOLLEN. THE LUG NUTS WERE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A NEW IMPROVED SET OF LUG NUTS. GREEN FORD (3800 W WENDOVER AVE, GREENSBORO, NC 27407, (336) 292-8310) WAS CONTACTED AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE LUG NUTS WERE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 79,000.
