Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 GMC SIERRA 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNDISCLOSED SPEED, THE VEHICLE JERKED AND THEN STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS PUSHED INTO A DRIVEWAY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HER BOYFRIEND'S MECHANIC CAME OVER AND DIAGNOSED THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. NEITHER A DEALER NOR THE MANUFACTURER WERE MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 108,000.
