The contact was informed that the repair was previously performed and covered under the warranty. The contact was informed that the current repair was not covered under warranty. The contact was advised to contact the NHTSA Hotline to report the failure. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 156,800.
