EMISSIONS PURGE VALVE IS BAD/STUCK. TRUCK STALLS WHILE DRIVING AT TIMES. WHEN SHUT OFF TO GET GAS, MUST WAIT 20 MINUTES BEFORE TRUCK WILL START.
