The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated that the back over prevention camera screen illuminated at start-up, but failed to display the image of the rear of the vehicle as needed. The dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 119,000.
