Consumer Description
THE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION ON A HIGHWAY AND THE ENGINE LIGHT APPEAR, AND AT THE SAME TIME THE THE TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE FAILED. I TOOK THE CAR TO THE FORD DEALERSHIP IN BRONX AND THEY TOLD I HAVE A CLUTCH PROBLEM, PLUS TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE PROBLEM. THEY TOLD ME THEY DONT COVER THE RECALL, ACCORDING THE WARRANTY DEPARTMENT BECAUSE THE DAMAGE IS INTERNAL. BUT THE RECALL FOR FORD FIESTA 2011 EXISTING BECAUSE OF TRANSPORTATION FAIL. CAN YOU TELL ME FOR SURE WHY THEY DON'T APPROVE AND IF IS A COMPANY MISTAKE THEY SHOULD BUY YOUR CAR OR TO REPLACE IT?
