BOUGHT THE CAR USED FROM HERTZ. STEERING WHEEL IS EXTREMELY LOOSE AND HAS LOTS OF PLAY WHEN GUIDING THE WHEEL. RECALLS FOR THIS PROBLEM BUT NOT MY VIN.
