Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE HIS GRANDDAUGHTER WAS DRIVING A VEHICLE CUT IN FRONT OF HER. THE RESULT WAS THAT SHE BROADSIDED THE VEHICLE AT 35 MPH. THE FRONTAL AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY ON EITHER THE DRIVER'S OR PASSENGER'S SIDES. ONE PASSENGER WAS TAKEN BY AMBULANCE WITH CHEST PAINS TO THE HOSPITAL. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A LOCAL JUNK YARD AND NO ESTIMATE HAS BEEN PERFORMED YET. THE DEALER OR MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN CONTACTED YET. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000. *TR
