Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 HONDA HR-V. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER'S AND PASSENGER'S SIDE FRONT AND REAR DOOR FAILS TO AUTO LOCK INTERMITTENTLY. ADDITIONALLY, THE AUTOMATIC BRAKE ASSIST FAILED TO FUNCTION AS DESIGNED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AFTER GOING OVER A BUMP IN THE ROADWAY, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL BECAME INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HERTRICH HONDA OF EASTON (6546 OCEAN GATEWAY, EASTON, MD 21601), ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS HOWEVER, THE MECHANIC WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 12,000. *LN*DT*JB*JB*LN*AS *TR*LN*TR
