TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD TAURUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE VIBRATED ABNORMALLY WHILE DRIVING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO KOONS FORD OF BALTIMORE LOCATED AT 6970 SECURITY BLVD, WOODLAWN, MD 21244, TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE REAR TOE LINK FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED A CASE NUMBER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 68,000.
