Consumer Description
WHILE CAR WAS PARKED IN PARKING LOT, PASSENGER HEAD REST "POPPED" OPEN. IT IS STILL SPLIT OPEN AND THE DEALER WANTS $922.14 TO REPLACE THIS OBVIOUSLY DEFECTIVE PART #: 1US39DX9AA. THERE WAS NO COLLISION. LUCKILY NO ONE WAS SITTING IN THE SEAT AT THE TIME, BUT IT COULD HAVE CAUSED A SERIOUS INJURY. I'M CONCERNED IT WILL NOW HAPPEN WITH THE DRIVER'S SIDE HEADREST WHILE I'M DRIVING, POTENTIALLY CAUSING A SERIOUS ACCIDENT. *TR
