Consumer Description

WHILE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION, PASSENGER SIDE HEAD REST DEPLOYED UNPROVOKED AND WITHOUT WARNING, STRIKING THE PASSENGER IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD. THERE WAS NO ACCIDENT, NO SUDDEN STOP, JUST NORMAL DRIVING AT APPROX. 40 MPH. THE PLASTIC PIECES THAT HOLD THE HEADREST HAVE FAILED CAUSING A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS OR FATAL ACCIDENT. *TR
