Consumer Description

HANDED DOWN 2006 TUNDRA TO MY SON, HE TOOK IT IN FOR SMALL LEAK AND THE MECHANIC SAID FRAME WAS RUSTED SO BAD THERE WERE HOLES IN IT!! WE HAD THE "RECALL" WORK DONE IN 2015. WE WERE NEVER OFFERED A NEW FRAME, THEY SAID WE ONLY NEEDED THE SPRAY. NOW 5 YRS LATER WE CAN'T EVEN LET OUR SON DRIVE HIS OWN TRUCK!! IT HAS 230,000 MILES. STILL ALOT OF MILES LEFT AND THE BODY HAS SOME MINOR BLEMISHES BUT IN GOOD CONDITION. DON'T HAVE ANY PICTURES RIGHT NOW, JUST FOUND OUT ABOUT IT. CALLED TOYOTA RESOLUTION LINE AND THEY SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO!! I REFUSE TO ACCEPT THIS BC WE DID WHAT WE WERE SUPPOSED TO DO AND THEY AREN'T EVEN LIVING UP TO THEIR OWN "FIX"!! CANNOT AFFORD A NEW FRAME FOR MY SON RIGHT NOW! NEED HELP OR GUIDANCE WITH THIS! *TR
