Consumer Description

AS FAR AS I CAN DETERMINE THERE IS NO RECALL CONCERNING TIRES ON 2018 ENCORES. YET AT ONLY 19,334 MILES ON MY ENCORE I HAD TO REPLACE A TIRE BECAUSE THE TIRE STORE COULD NOT GET THE TIRE REPAIRED. THEIR COMMENT WAS THAT THE PUNCTURE ON THE TREAD AREA WAS TOO LARGE TO ACCEPT A PATCH. THUS I SPENT $172.25 FOR AN EQUIVALENT NEW TIRE. IF BUICK IS NOT CAPABLE OF PROVIDING TIRES THAT WILL LAST PAST 19,000 MILES THEN THEY NEED TO DO A QUALITY CHECK. THE "FACTORY" TIRE I HAD TO REPLACE WAS A CONTINENTAL TIRE (P215/ 55R/ 18 RATED AT 94H. *TR
