TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 60 MPH AND ATTEMPTING TO STOP THE VEHICLE, THE CRUISE CONTROL FAILED TO DEACTIVATE WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AN INVERTED Z WAS DISPLAYED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. AN UNKNOWN DEALER IN BARTOW, FLORIDA WAS CONTACTED BY PHONE AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT SUBJECTED TO A RECALL. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS MORE EVIDENT DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 48,000.*DT*JB
