Consumer Description

MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS HAVE JUST STOPPED WORKING. YOU CAN HEAR THE MOTOR RUNNING BUT THEY DO NOT MOVE. I HAVE READ THAT THE 2013 THROUGH 2019 HAVE BEEN RECALLED FOR THIS VERY PROBLEM. THEY JUST STOPPED WORKING WHILE I WAS ON THE HIGHWAY IN THE POURING RAIN. I HAVE SEEN NUMEROUS ISSUES WITH THIS PROBLEM. I COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED. WHY ARE THEY NOT FIXING THE 2010-2013 MODELS? I DO NOT FEEL THAT I SHOULD PAY TO HAVE THIS FIXED. ARE THEY WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO LOSE THEIR LIFE BEFORE THEY ADD THESE OTHER CARS TO THIS RECALL! PLEASE GET BACK TO ME AS TO WHAT I SHOULD DO. I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO FIX THIS NOW. I NEED MY CAR!!!
