TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 HYUNDAI SONATA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PASSENGER'S SIDE REAR DOOR LOCK WAS INOPERABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DOOR COULD NOT BE OPENED FROM INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO BE DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. NEITHER THE DEALER NOR THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
