Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE LOWERED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DRIVABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO TRI-STAR FORD LOCATED AT (930 US-22, BLAIRSVILLE, PA 15717, (724) 459-9300. THE DRIVER?S SIDE FRONT STRUT WAS REPLACED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT BOTH DRIVER AND PASSENGER FRONT STRUTS WERE ONCE REPLACED BY THE SAME DEALER BEFORE. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT BOTH LEAF SPRINGS PREVIOUSLY FRACTURED. THE CONTACT WAS ALSO CONCERNED ABOUT EXTREME RUST TO THE SUBFRAME OF THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 97,000. *BF CONSUMER STATED LOTS OF MECHANIC ISSUES WITH THEIR VEHICLE AND HAD PARTS REPLACED. THERE HAS BEEN 7 OCCURRENCES.*JB
