Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 FORD 150. THE CONTACT MOM STATED THAT WHILE HER SON WAS ENTERING THE VEHICLE, HE NOTICED THE DOORS WOULD NOT CLOSE SECURELY. THE CONTACT SON HAD TO WAIT SEVERAL MINUTES TO WARM THE VEHICLE BEFORE HE WAS ABLE TO DRIVE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO (BLUE RIDGE NORTH GEORGIA FORD LOCATED AT 7525 APPALACHIAN HWY, MINERAL BLUFF, GA 30559) BUT WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE BUT OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
