Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 HYUNDAI TUCSON. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE WOULD SHAKE, VIBRATE AND RATTLE. ALSO THE TRANSMISSION WOULD HESITATE TO SHIFT GEARS AND SMOKE WAS PRESENT COMING FROM THE EXHAUST. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER PHILPOTE HYUNDAI (1900 US HWY 69, NEDERLAND TX) WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE ENGINE WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE ENGINE WAS REPLACED BUT THE FAILURE REOCCURRED. THE MANUFACTURER CASE [XXX)]WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
