Consumer Description

MY 2014 FORD FUSION SE HAS A RECALL ON IT FOR THE BRUSHING TRANSMISSION CABLE. THIS HAS NOT BEEN FIXED AND WHILE I AM DRIVING MY CAR THROWS ITSELF INTO NEUTRAL AND STOPS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. SO FAR IT HAS ONLY HAPPENED WHILE TURNING A CORNER. I AM WORRIED ABOUT WRECKING MY CAR. THIS RECALL CAME OUT ON JULY 17TH, 2018 AND I BOUGHT MY CAR SEPTEMBER 21, 2018. SO I NEVER RECEIVED THE RECALL IN THE MAIL. I LOOKED UP RECALLS ON MY VEHICLE AND FOUND THIS. EVEN THOUGH IT'S BEEN A WHILE SINCE I BOUGHT MY CAR, AM I STILL QUALIFIED FOR MY CAR TO GET FIXED WITH NO CHARGE TO ME?.
