TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 BUICK LACROSSE. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLES DOOR LOCKS ACTIVATED INDEPENDENTLY. ADDITIONALLY, THE HEADLIGHTS TURN ON AND OFF SIMULTANEOUSLY WHETHER THE VEHICLE WAS STOPPED OR BEING DRIVEN. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR A MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSIS OR REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THIS FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,000.
