TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 BUICK LACROSSE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V355000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR REPAIR. THE VEHICLE WAS ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECALL AS OF JULY 14, 2014. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THE DELAY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHERE WAS A LARGE CRACK OVER THE PASSENGER SIDE DASHBOARD AIR BAG COVER; HOWEVER, THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INSPECTED TO SEE IF THE FAILURE WAS AIR BAG RELATED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 69,000.
