TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 HYUNDAI SONATA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS BEING SERVICED, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE EXHIBITED SIGNS OF OIL CONSUMPTION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO BE DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. A DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED NOR INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT REFERENCED NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V934000 (ENGINE, FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE) AS A POSSIBLE CAUSE FOR THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED NOR INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 160,000.
