THERE IS A STRONG SMELL OF GASOLINE DUE TO A DEFECTIVE GAS TANK SEAL - THIS PROBLEM IS EXACERBATED WHEN THE GAS TANK IS FILLED OR NEARLY FILLED, THE EXTREME DANGER OF THE GAS FUMES EMITTED MANIFESTS ITSELF IN THE PROBABLE EXPLOSION CAUSING DEATHLY HARM TO PEOPLE, OWNERS AND INNOCENT BYSTANDERS, PROPERTY, INCLUDING THE CAR ITSELF. THE CAR IS A 2007 MERCEDES-BENZ E-350
