TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2014 FORD FLEX. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 20-25 MPH, THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE AXLE FRACTURED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A TOW FACILITY AND DEEMED DESTROYED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 77,000.
