Consumer Description

IF IT IS BELOW FREEZING OUTSIDE, MY GAS DOOR WILL NOT OPEN. WHEN I PRESS THE OPEN BUTTON INSIDE MY CAR, IT MAKES A SOUND AS IF IT IS TRYING TO OPEN, BUT WILL NOT BUDGE. EVEN WHEN I TRY TO OPEN IT MANUALLY, IT WON'T OPEN WITHOUT EXTREME FORCE AND SEVERAL MINUTES OF TRYING. MY GAS DOOR HAS POPPED OFF TWICE DUE TO THIS ISSUE AND TRYING TO GET IT OPEN.
