TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD FUSION. AFTER PARKING THE VEHICLE, THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTER REMAINED LOCKED IN THE PARK POSITION. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. MALLOY FORD (2070 SEMINOLE DTRL, CHANCELLORSVILLE, VA) AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE, BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THE MANUFACTURER PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: CAC 2521533. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 53,000.
