Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 RAM 1500. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS BEING DRIVEN OR PARKED, THE AIR RIDE SUSPENSION DEFLATED WHEN THE TEMPERATURE WAS BELOW FREEZING. THE SERVICE AIR SUSPENSION WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LEE CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM (765 CENTER ST, AUBURN, ME 04210, (207) 783-2291) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE NITROGEN WAS LOW. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
