Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 JEEP COMPASS. WHILE DRIVING AND DEPRESSING THE BRAKE PEDAL, THE VEHICLE MADE A LOUD SCREECHING SOUND WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO ANTWERPEN CHRYSLER JEEP (6440 BALTIMORE NATIONAL PIKE, BALTIMORE, MD 21228, (410) 788-2973) WHERE THE BRAKES WERE REPLACED. SOON AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, THE FAILURE OCCURRED AGAIN. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THERE WERE NO RECALLS LISTED ON THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 54,710.
