Consumer Description

I WAS DRIVING ON THE EXPRESSWAY & ALL OF A SUDDEN MY VEHICLE JUST STARTED STALLING. I COULDN'T DRIVE ANY FASTER THAN 30MPH. I COULD'VE BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT WITH MY KIDS IN THE CAR WITH ME. HOW IS THIS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL? I'VE SEEN SEVERAL OTHER VEHICLES WITH THE SAME ISSUE. PLUS THERE WAS A RECALL DONE IN 2013 FOR THIS SAME ISSUE WITH THE ENGINE STALL SO WHY ISN'T MY VEHICLE INCLUDED IN THIS RECALL.
