CAR BRAKES BY ITSELF, SHAKES THE STEERING WHEEL AND SHUTS OFF AND LOSES POWER RANGING IN SPEEDS FROM 20 -60MPH. ON DOUBLE LANE ROADS TO INTERSTATES IN THE RAIN AND SUNNY DRY DAYS.
