TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD EDGE. WHILE THE CONTACT'S WIFE WAS SEATED INSIDE THE VEHICLE, THE REAR WINDOW EXPLODED WITHOUT WARNING OR AN IMPACT OCCURRING. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO MIDLAND FORD LINCOLN, INC. (500 JOE MANN BLVD, MIDLAND, MI 48642, (989) 631-0040), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO REPLACED THE WINDOW. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: CAS24851003. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 64,000.
