TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE DART. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED TO TURN OFF. THE CONTACT HAD TO TURN OFF THE IGNITION TO DEACTIVATE THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
