Consumer Description
WHILE DRIVING, I TURNED ON MY SEAT HEATER. IT NEVER CAME ON UPON EXITING THE VEHICLE I GRABBED MY PURSE WHICH WAS ON THE PASSENGER SEAT. IT WAS HOT. THE SEAT HEATERS ARE CROSSED.
