TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED AND OCCUPIED, THE DRIVER'S SIDE HEAD REST EXPLODED WITHOUT WARNING OR AN IMPACT OCCURRING. THERE WERE NO INJURIES.
