Consumer Description

#1: 2019 FORD F250 TRUCK RANDONLY LOSES CONTROL OF STEALING AND GOES OUT OF CONTROL AT SPEEDS ABOVE 45. THIS OCCURS WHEN SLIGHTLY TURNING TRUCK OR IF HITTING A BUMP IN THE ROAD SURFACE. #2 LACK OF POWER: DEALER TOLD ME AFTER 3 ATTEMPTS TO SOLVE LACK OF POWER PROBLEM THAT EGR VALUE NEEDS REPLACED. THIS WAS AFTER THEY REPROGRAMMED THE TRUCKS COMPUTER. PART HAS BEEN ON BACK ORDER SINCE 9/14/19 (OVER 47DAYS WITH NO ETA ON REPAIR PART). TRUCK IS OUT OF SERVICE AT THIS TIME.
